PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (“PDB”), in collaboration with Mesra Retail & Cafe Sdn Bhd (“MRCSB”), Setel Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Setel”), and PETRONAS Lubricants Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“PLMM”), are the organisers for the Mesrakan Perjalananmu 2025 Campaign (“Campaign”).
The Campaign shall be conducted from 1 January 2025 (12.00AM) to 30 April 2025 (11.59PM), (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”), inclusive of both dates.
The Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens, provided they meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. Participants must be registered and active members of the PETRONAS Mesra Rewards Loyalty Programme (hereinafter referred to as “Mesra Rewards Members”), excluding users of physical Mesra Cards.
2. Participants must hold Malaysian citizenship; and
3. Participants must be aged eighteen (18) years and above.
No, the following individuals are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Campaign:
1. Permanent or contract employees of the PETRONAS Group of Companies, including the Organiser and their immediate family members (including but not limited to parents, stepparents, siblings, spouses, children, stepchildren and adoptive relationships);
2. PETRONAS station dealers, PETRONAS crew members and their immediate family members (including but not limited to parents, stepparents, siblings, spouses, children, stepchildren, and adoptive relationships); and
3. Third-party service providers engaged by the Organisers, including their permanent and/or contract employees and their immediate family members (including but not limited to parents, stepparents, siblings, spouses, children, stepchildren, and adoptive relationships).
There are two ways for participants to join:
1. Primary Mechanic:
- Fuel or spend at PETRONAS to stand a chance to win the Grand Prize of RM15,000.
2. Secondary Mechanic:
- Fuel or spend using the Setel App to redeem rewards.
To qualify for the Primary Mechanic, participants must meet the following spend requirements:
1. A minimum spend of RM40 per transaction at any PETRONAS stations on the following products will qualify for one (1) entry:
- PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race; or
- PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive.
OR
2. A minimum spend of RM10 per transaction at any PETRONAS Mesra stores, including purchases of PETRONAS lubricants products, will qualify for one (1) entry. However, purchases of cigarettes, prepaid top-ups, Café Mesra products and transactions via Touch N’ Go and e-Pay are expressly excluded.
OR
3. A minimum spend of RM10 per transaction on the Setel App in any of the following categories will qualify for one (1) entry:
- Café Mesra Products;
- Retail & Online Payments (e.g.: PETRONAS Shop, Setel QR Pay at counters, Deliver2Me, except for DuitNow transactions, cigarettes, prepaid top-ups, Touch N’ Go, fuel and ePay purchases);
- Motor & Takaful Insurance;
- Road Tax Renewal;
EV Charging; - Auto Assistance;
- Parking; and
- PETRONAS AutoExpert Services.
To qualify for the Grand Prize, participants must meet the requirements outlined above, with a minimum cumulative spend of RM200 or more per month during the Campaign Period.
A total of five (5) Grand Prizes, each valued at RM15,000, will be awarded to five (5) successful participants each month throughout the Campaign Period.
At the end of each month, the Organiser will select five (5) Grand Prize winners using a computerized selection system, with the process witnessed by an appointed authorized internal auditor.
NO, only customers that key-in their mobile number* upon completing the transaction or use the Setel app will be eligible to earn contest entries.

The Secondary Mechanic is available exclusively to participants who are:
- Existing Setel App users, and have spent between RM40 and RM60 per transaction in the three (3) months prior to the start of the Campaign.
- Newly registered Setel App users who utilize the special promo code [c-mp2025] and spend a minimum of RM60 per transaction via the Setel App during the Campaign Period.
1. Existing Setel App Users
- Participants who spend a minimum of RM60 per transaction via the Setel App on PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race or PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive will be eligible to win rewards under the Secondary Mechanic.
2. Newly Registered Setel App Users
- Participants who register for Setel using the special promo code [c-mp2025] and spend a minimum of RM60 per transaction via the Setel App on PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race or PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive within 14 days from date of registration, will be eligible to win rewards under the Secondary Mechanic.
Only transactions made via the Setel App using an activated PETRONAS Mesra Rewards membership shall be deemed valid and eligible for the Campaign.
1. Existing Setel App Users
The Rewards include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Buy 1 Free 1 Single Scoop’ Inside Scoop Voucher;
- RM10 off with RM100 minimum spend’ PETRONAS Shop Voucher;

2. Newly Registered Setel App Users
Participants who meet the criteria for newly registered Setel App users will be rewarded with an RM8 Setel cashback voucher.
The Grand Prize of RM 15,000 shall be disbursed via bank transfer directly to the respective Grand Prize Winners’ bank account within sixty (60) working days following the announcement of the Grand Prize Winners on the Organiser’s website at www.mymesra.com.my or through other means as notified by the Organiser.
The Grand Prize Winners will be contacted via telephone for verification purposes using the contact number registered under the participant’s PETRONAS Mesra Rewards membership. Additionally, winners will be notified via their registered email address and/or mobile number regarding prize fulfilment details.
1. For Existing Setel App Users, rewards will be credited directly to the participant’s registered Setel App account under the “My Voucher” page within forty-eight (48) hours after the announcement of the Reward Winners on Setel App or the Organiser’s website at www.mymesra.com.my or through other means as notified by the Organiser.
2. For Newly Registered Setel App Users, the RM8 cashback will be credited directly to the participant’s registered Setel App account within two (2) working days upon fulfilment of the Campaign requirements.
To qualify for the Grand Prizes, you must spend based on the primary mechanic from 1 January 2025 until 30 April 2025.

To qualify for the Weekly Instant Rewards, you must spend minimum RM60 via Setel within 1 January 2025 until 30 April 2025*.
It’s important to note that each customer is required to enter their mobile number upon completing the transaction or use the Setel app to qualify for the campaign entry(s).
- Primary Mechanic (Grand Prize) – Five (5) Grand Prize winners (RM15,000 each) will be selected every month via a computerized system, witnessed by an authorised internal auditor. A total of 20 winners will be selected over the campaign period.

YES, you can combine your fuel and PETRONAS Kedai Mesra purchases in a single receipt, but only qualifying transactions will count towards contest eligibility.

No, participants can only win one (1) prize, either the Grand Prize or the Rewards during the Campaign Period. If a participant wins the Grand Prize, they will not be eligible for the Rewards, and vice versa.
