This Campaign is open to customers who fulfill ALL the below requirements:

1. Registered and active PETRONAS Mesra Card members who either have physical Mesra Card and/or virtual Mesra Cards on the Setel Mobile Application (“Setel App”); and
2. Customers holding Malaysian citizenship; and
3. Customers aged eighteen (18) and above.

To qualify for the prize draw, your Mesra card must be registered with your real name and IC number. You can register your Mesra card using any of the 4 options below:  

Option 1: Activate your virtual Mesra Card    

Download Setel App and register your virtual Mesra card on Setel. Launch the app, click on ‘More’, select ‘Mesra Card’ in the menu, then click “activate” and key in your IC number. 

Option 2: Link & register your physical Mesra Card on Setel

Redeem deals from Setel and stand a chance to win a great prize:

You are entitled to get 10x entries for the action to activate the Mesra card using your Setel App.

You are not entitled to get 10x entries since you have activated the Mesra card before the campaign period.

Don’t worry, start collecting your entry from redeeming deals via the Setel App to get 5x entries for every successful redemption.

The redemption transaction will be excluded from the winner selection process. 

No, only deals redeemed via Mesra Rewards redemption website (https://www.setel.com/mesrarewards) and/or Mesra Deals in the Setel App will be eligible for entries in this campaign to win the monthly prizes.

You will not be eligible for entries if:

1. You convert your Mesra points for Setel Credit in the Setel App, unless it is listed as a deal.
2. Redeem fuel at the pump.
3. Redeem items at Kedai Mesra.

The redemption transaction will be counted in the winner selection process even if the customer has yet to claim the deal at the merchant outlet.

No, every winner is only entitled to win only one (1) prize throughout the campaign period.
