Launch Setel & tap ‘Rewards’.
Step 2
Tap on ‘Vouchers’ section.
Step 3
The voucher is inside “Active” section in “My vouchers”. Tap on the voucher to utilise.
Step 4
Slide to use the voucher and flash the voucher code to the cashier in store.
Frequently asked questions
Setel users are eligible to get a voucher after a certain minimum spend using Setel at the stores mentioned above.
The campaign runs from 1 September 2024 to 31 December 2024. However, Setel reserves the right to terminate, change, amend, or add on any terms and conditions to this promotion without any prior notice.
Payment can be made by displaying user’s unique Setel code for the cashier to scan.
Once payment is made using Setel, voucher will be automatically rewarded to the user’s Setel Wallet in the Setel app and you will receive a notification to notify you of the reward. Go to Setel, tap “Rewards”, and select “Vouchers” to view/redeem your voucher.
Users will be rewarded with voucher after spending the minimum amount at the stores as stated above via Setel. One user can only receive one voucher per brand monthly.
Vouchers are applicable at certain outlets, please refer to the voucher T&C to find out more. Go to Setel, tap “Rewards”, and select “Vouchers” to view the voucher description and T&C.
