Setel users are eligible to get 10% cashback, up to RM5 a month when they pay using Setel at selected merchants:

The campaign runs from 1 December 2024 to 31 January 2025. However, Setel reserves the right to terminate, change, amend, or add on any terms and conditions to this promotion without any prior notice.
Payment can be made by displaying user’s unique Setel code for the cashier to scan, or scanning merchant’s Setel QR code displayed at the counter.
A minimum spend of RM1 is required to be eligible to earn the 10% cashback.
Once payment is made at the participating merchants, cashback will be automatically rewarded to the user’s wallet in the Setel app and you will receive a notification to notify you of the reward. Go to Setel, tap “Pay”, and scroll down to see “Payment history” for transaction records.
Users will get 10% cashback on purchases made with Setel at participating merchants during the campaign period, with a cap of RM5 per month. Once users have reached the monthly amount, they can only earn more cashback in the following month.

Users can only receive the RM25 cashback once, throughout campaign period. If users have earned the RM25 cashback in November, they won’t be eligible for it again in the following month, even if they meet the campaign criteria. However, if they do not receive the RM25 cashback in November despite meeting the campaign criteria, users can try again in December as cashback is limited and is awarded on a first come, first served basis.
