I like Setel because to me anything I can automate is good. If you use prepaid or credit card, you have to roll down the window and tap the card. But if use Setel, I don’t have to do that, just wait for a few seconds then the boom gate will go up. By the time I go in, I know it’s being recorded and I don’t have to worry about anything.

I tried 3 places with automated parking and in overall I would say the one in KLCC with Setel collaboration is the best. I don’t need to do anything, I don’t need to open the app or roll down the window. I just need to drive my car in and find a parking. The other places still need to do interaction either with your own phone or kiosk to pay.
